Company Policies and Fine Print

  • Hangman shuttle service pickup and delivery dates are communicated via email 2 days in advance, and you will receive a four hour time window for arrival. Any requests for shorter windows will not be guaranteed. If you are unable to receive or release after this time has been confirmed, additional fees may be applied.

  • If you reschedule a confirmed job within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, additional fees may be applied.

  • Confirmed jobs that are canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival time may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Any client property kept in storage for more than 30 days will incur a monthly storage fee at our current monthly minimum.

  • Installation, packing services, and debris removal requests made on-site may not be honored. If additional services are performed, fees will be applied.

  • The client is responsible for providing any and all access notes upon request from Hangman. Service may be refused and/or additional fees may be applied if access is different than described, such as stairs, timing constraints, and truck size constraints.

  • Invoices over 30 days past due are subject to a 15% late fee each month.

  • Hangman may not schedule collection/delivery or release until payment for services has been received in full.

  • Credit Cards are accepted by request only, and invoices paid by card will be subject to a 3.5% transaction fee.

  • Additional Declared Value for Increased Liability Coverage: Additional Declared Value for an artwork in transit or storage can be added for a fee. The request must be made in writing 48 hours prior to pickup.
